- Online Harassment Field Manual: manual with information about online abuses and how to stay safe(r).
- ZEN and the art of making tech work for you: an in-depth guide on digital safety, with a focus on gender/feminism, but is full of info applicable for all of us. Includes extensive further reading.
- Terms of Service; Didn't Read: summary and information about what's inside a web service's TOS.
- Just Delete Me: figure out how to remove your information/deactivate your account on various services.
- Have I Been Pwned?: check to see if your email or passwords have been found in a data breach. You can also get alerts.
- Should I Remove It?: what is this random program on my computer? Should I remove it? Find out here!
Assorted Tech Resources
- Tineye: reverse image search.
- &umd=14: ai-free google search.
- LOW TECH MAGAZINE: articles about low-tech solutions. Runs on solar power, so sometimes it goes offline.
- Ground News: yeah yeah, every other YouTuber seems to be sponsored by them. It's nice for a quick view of the news and the bias (left v. right) of a topic. Will keep an eye out for the enshittification of it, though!
- Car Complaints: I don't have or care about cars anymore, but I love this website. It's accurate, and I can say that as someone who previously had a terrible vehicle.
- Files Found: a website documenting found files and their contents.
- ROT13 De/Encoder: ROT13 is a cipher. People typically use it to talk spoilers on places without a spoilering function.

- Tokipona: a fun, easy lil' ConLang (Constructed Language).
- (LATIN & GREEK) Study Guide for the National Classical Etymology Exam: reference for some etymological notable Ancient Latin and Greek words.

- Night Whisper Design: Lolita fashion that has large sizes! I like because they have non-synthetics, too.
- Mehron: I've gotten skin paint for cosplay from here.
- Pose Wigs: Great styled wigs.
- Volante Design: Haven't bought from them yet, but they have good non-synth fabrics made in the style of pop culture/fandom fashion.
- Revintaria: beautiful handmade clothes from poland. On my wishlist. "Cottagecore" as the kids say!
- Terrathread: Cotton products, mostly bags! We use these in our household and they're nice.
- Woman's Armor: really want to invest in one of these beautiful corsets for my back.
- TreadLight Gear: I had tried some boots on at a Renn Faire once and never stopped thinking about them. I bought some on sale and they're wonderful. You can wear with no socks and it's so nice on your feet.
- farmrio: A friend got a beautiful dress from here and I saved it for inspiration of beautiful patterns. I don't buy from here though, because it's cheap fabric.
For Fun
- The Useless Web: Takes you to a useless website! Do this instead of doomscrolling!
- Chao Island: Wiki for all things Chao, from the Sonic the Hedgehod series. I love having fun with Chao in Chao Garden!
- Kenshi Map: I love playing Kenshi, and this is an in-depth map of the game world! I like to use it while I'm playing sometimes.
- Hextraction: a game you can 3d print and make up rules for! I have a printer, but I haven't done this yet. But, a local game store I went to once had a set up for it!
- In Nomine Character Sheets: In Nomine is one of my favorite TTRPG settings. Here's some sheets for it!
- Marginalia Search: indie open-source internet search. Great for finding little sites in the margins of the internet.
- Lost Media Forum: I've previously seen lost media described as a way to get your "true crime" investigation fix but in a more... prosocial way. Humans love puzzles! I love finding lost things and appreciating human art.
- Bitburner: Incremental Cyberpunk RPG: web browser game. Haven't tried yet, but I want to.
- corru.observer: another web browser game I've not tried, but man it looks awesome.
- Improbable Island: a text adventure in your browser.
- Nested Universe: what it says on the tin.
- A Dark Room: a moody incremental game. I like it!
- Arcanum: Theory of Magic: a wizard themed incremental game.
- The Barnacle Goose Experiment: beautiful artsy game. Still need to fully experience
- godville: influence a hero as a god. In the same vein as an incremental game lke others on this list, but more hands off.
- Word Golf: I love this game. Try to get to another word from a different one using synonyms and associated words.
- XKCD's Emojic 8-Ball: I LOVE magic 8-balls. I also love this XKCD of an 8-ball which answers in random emojis.
- Pointer Pointer: what it says on the tin (you'll see). Do as instructed and enjoy.
- clint.fm: fun toys, projects, dohickeys to explore...
- Checkbox Olympics: hit the checkbox in several whacky ways and test your checking skillz.
- Murder Games: play out a hunger games-type battle royale with your chosen friends/characters/random peoples!
- 9/11 realtime: educational; watch tv channels and experience 9/11 news broadcast as it happen, as channels interrupt regularly scheduled programming for the breaking news...
- cloudhiker: another place to discover random websites, though it begins to feel increasingly modern. Again, I sniff it periodically for enshittification...
- Internet Artifacts: Neal's stuff is always classic, but I love this beautiful exploration of random important artifacts of the internet itself.
- Dice Roller: I've used this website in all my roleplaying game adventures. At least, the ones that need dice!
- Level 13: another browser text rpg. Still need to play myself.
- The New Campaign Trail: simulate and try out running as a real life American presidental candidate. Reminds me of old games we'd play for edutainment in primary school!
- miniconomy: free-to-play browser game about economy and making money. Haven't partook, but love the look.
- Written Realms: more text adventures on a platform with extra utility.
- Little Alchemy 2: I used to play this on my phone years ago! Combine items to make more items to combine.
- A Better World ?:I love "what if?" scenarios, and this asks what might happen if you were to change events of the past.
- Seedship: play as the artifical intelligence of a colonization ship searching for habitable planets for the humans in cryostasis in your ship.
- Infinite Craft: like little alchemy but with infinite generated combinations.
- This is Sand: play with sand. yes.
- Bored Button: generates random websites.
- Tamajoji: itch.io-based virtual pet, like tamagotchi!
- Sandboxels: play with sand particles again, but with more options.
- Money Simulator: haven't play yet, love the nostalgic style.
- Astronaut.io: shows you random 0-view youtube videos. Be careful!

- Genesis MUD: one of the oldest MUD (Multi-user Dungeon) text adventures online.
- Interactive Fiction Datebase: what it says it is.
- Man in the Dark: take a look at this guy.
- Escher Sketch: draw repeating patterns easy.
- Death Generator: recreations of text boxes in game. Make them say funny things!
- Earthbound Text: generates a gif of an Earthbound text box.
- 1000 characters: fun text characters.
